Formerly known as Hangzhou Zhigang Cutting Tool Manufacturing Factory, the company was founded in 2003. It is located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. In 2013, the new company finished construction in Jiangyou.  For POY, FDY, HOY and DTY chemical fiber paper tubes on the domestic and international markets, the company specializes in R&D, design and production of chemical fiber paper tube slot cutters with independent intellectual property rights, paper tube end face grinding tools, chemical fiber paper tube industry supporting equipment and machinery.
